Open Your Heart to God

Start a new way of living!
Whoever you are, wherever you are from, you are welcome here.

Sunday Night Study

Spring Group Studies will begin at 4:30 Sunday, March 3rd.
For thirty-three years Jesus felt everything you have ever felt: weakness, weariness, sadness, rejection.
His feet got tired and his head ached. He was tempted and his strength was tested.
And you know why? Because in becoming human, Jesus made it possible for us to see God. His tears, God’s tears. His voice, God’s voice. Want to know what matters to God? Find out what matters to Jesus. Want to know what in the world God is doing?
Ponder the words and life of Jesus. In this capstone book, he takes us further on the journey to know the life and character of the Savior.
This book describes both the person Jesus was on earth and how to live in a personal relationship with him and is divided into six sections:
1. Immanuel, 3/3
2. Friend
3. Teacher
4. Miracle Worker
5. Lamb of God
6. Returning King

Wednesday Evening Study

Join us at 6PM Starting February 28th.
Every person in the Bible is a supporting actor in God's story—each revealing who God is and what His will is for human beings both then and now. In these characters, we see a glimpse of ourselves, coming to understand our failings, our potential, and God's purpose through it all. The first volume of characters, The Patriarchs, examines some of the best-known characters in all the Bible. Through understanding not only the stories but the historical and social contexts of people like Abraham, Noah, and Joseph, we see the nature of faith and what it means to believe in a God who is still telling His story through His people today.
Session topics:
1. Adam and Eve: The First Humans, 2/28
2. Noah: The Lone Righteous Man, 3/6
3. Abraham: The Man Who Followed God, 3/13
4. Isaac: The Miracle Child
5. Jacob: Father of the 12 Tribes of Israel
6. Joseph: The Forgiving Leader
